  • Artists 21+ in any discipline, portfolio + short letter of interest. $25 fee (waivable if prohibitive).

  • Not required. If residents have access to a car, we strongly recommend bringing it. Harvard is remote; we help with transport and groceries are delivered.

  • Yes. Ramps into the main house, one accessible bedroom/bathroom, and openness to adjust as needed.
